Nathan Henderson PTA - Owner

Nate has worked in the Physical Therapy industry since 2004 and received his degree from Carroll Community College. He has over 8 years of experience in clinic management treating all injury types from sprains/strains to stroke recovery. Nathan specializes in post-surgical, geriatric and occupational rehabilitation using hands-on techniques as well as specialties in Mulligan and Hoban methods. He enjoys weight training and applies a detail oriented approach to treatment.

Dr. Joshua Harmon DPT CWcHP - Owner

Josh received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland and bachelor's degree from Stevenson University. He holds an additional certificate as a Worker's comp. healthcare provider. Josh specializes in orthopedic injuries/surgeries of all types including spine, shoulder, hand/elbow, knee, hip, ankle and return to sports or other recreational activities. He takes special interest in McKenzie and Mulligan techniques to treat spine and extremities. Born and raised in Harford County MD, Josh has been in the PT field since 2006. Personal interests include sports, traveling, and the outdoors.

Lindsey Meyer PTA IASTM - Clinical Director

Lindsey achieved her degree from the Cecil College’s Inaugural PTA program as the class president and department award recipient. Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University. Certified in instrument assisted manual techniques as well as work hardening and conditioning. Lindsey believes strongly in personalized care for every patient, with a focus on hands on treatment and functional training. Personal interests include mountain biking, running, hiking, and keeping up with her puppies.

Leah Vreede - Business Manager

Leah has been in the medical field, specifically front office and billing administration, since 1995. Twelve of those years being in the outpatient Physical Therapy specialty. In those years, she has worked in several positions including office administration, insurance coordination, accounts payable/receivable and billing/coding. Starting with Align at it’s genesis, she brings over 25 years of combined experience to perform the vital roles behind the scenes. Leah ran her first half marathon in 2017 and continues to enjoy outdoor activities, training for various athletic competitions, and spending time with her two grand-children.

Rosa Stanford – Marketing Director

Rosa has been in accounting and financial management for over 20+ years along with over 10 years of experience in executive management as the human resource director, human resource manager at a government hospital in Washington, D.C., staffing physicians, therapists, and nurses for the VA hospitals, Members of John Hopkins Medicine Hospitals, and MedStar Hospitals. She possesses a solid background in budget development and management, build diverse industries networks, forecasting and planning, and communication. She is also a licensed Accident and Health or Sickness, Life Insurance Producer for state of Maryland and Virginia since 2011. She holds her master’s degree in Business Administration and doctorate in Divinity. Her personal interest is nature hikes with her husband, son, and daughter, traveling, and cultivating new relationships that brings positive transformation with companies and people.
